3. Service Booking & Appointments
- Appointments can be booked by phone at +1 (800) 969-7919 or through our website contact form.
- Booking an appointment does not guarantee a fixed price. Final pricing is determined after the technician’s on-site diagnosis.
- We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, prior jobs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- You agree to provide accurate information regarding your location, appliance type, and the nature of the problem when booking.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All pricing is provided upfront and transparently before any repair work begins. No work will start without your explicit approval of the quoted price.
- A diagnostic/inspection fee may be charged for the technician’s visit and assessment. This fee is non-refundable but is typically applied toward the total repair cost if you proceed.
- We reserve the right to revise our pricing at any time. Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on your location, appliance model, and repair complexity.
- Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Warranty on Repairs
- All completed repairs carry a 30-day labor warranty from the date of service.
- Parts installed by our technicians may carry a separate manufacturer or supplier warranty, which will be communicated at the time of repair.
- The warranty covers the same fault repaired and does not apply to new, unrelated issues, physical damage, or problems caused by misuse after the repair.
- Warranty service is provided at no additional charge and requires the customer to contact us within the warranty period.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:
- Provide a safe and accessible work environment for our technician
- Ensure an adult (18 years or older) is present at the property during the service visit
- Provide accurate details about the appliance and the issue to the best of your knowledge
- Not interfere with or attempt to repair the appliance yourself before or during the technician’s visit, as this may affect warranty eligibility
- Inform us of any pre-existing damage to the appliance before the technician begins work

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We Work On-site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or technician emergencies.
8. Third-Party Parts & Components
- Where original manufacturer parts are unavailable, we may use compatible third-party parts of equivalent quality. This will be communicated to you before installation.
- We Work On-site does not take responsibility for defective parts supplied by the customer themselves.
- Installation of customer-supplied parts may void the labor warranty at our discretion.
9. Manufacturer Warranty Notice
Repairs performed by our technicians are carried out to the highest standard. However, we recommend customers verify their appliance’s manufacturer warranty status before booking a third-party repair, as some manufacturers may have specific conditions regarding third-party servicing.
We Work On-site is not responsible for any manufacturer warranty claims or denials resulting from our service.
10. Cancellations
- Appointments may be cancelled free of charge if notice is given at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
- Late cancellations (less than 2 hours’ notice) or no-shows may result in a cancellation or trip fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, weather conditions, or other operational reasons, with reasonable notice to the customer.
